Today I was a very different day for me. While watching the cows leaping from branch to branch, and heard the voices of fish, I began to think about important things.

Many times we have the feeling of helplessness before the events that occur in this world. Everything seems so random and without following any rules. Modern society has brought state anomic which means that people feel themselves increasingly lost when have to the face of so much information.

The answer we found for this is to create psychological barriers, to protect us. We became cynical, blasés. How do we succeed in to import with the others without at least know how to take care of our own lives?

Of course, you can try to balance these two elements, but it is not easy. We live in an emotional roller coaster that avoids totally to our control.

What do you do? Frankly, I believe that the best possible solution is to seek means to try to get a life (almost) healthy. I do not believe that anybody is able to live a healthy life, because there are so many difficulties which arise to impose to us daily challenges. Living is struggling.

In the end, I think we all in some way end up seeing cows leaping from branch to branch and hear the voices of fish, because we are all crazy in some way.
