I think this is happening because many people are not caring about themselves, thinking that AIDS is something of the 80.
Another factor may be the drugs, like ecstasy an crystal math.

Probably.. Gay men usually are the ones who attend the orgies and use drugs.. Mostly intravenous. And also sex is so easily available for gay men.
