Many things have been said about global warming. Climate change, storms, melting glaciers and more of a series of weather phenomena that were previously rare, may become more and more frequent.
I live in São Paulo State, in the central south region of Brazil. It has a pleasant climate, perhaps that’s why millions of Italians, Japanese, German, Portuguese and Spanish have been installed there at the beginning of the last century
.
But lately, I have noticed some “strange” things. My town was hit by a tornado three years ago (and recently was almost hit again). Another city in this state registered a dust storm. Not to mention that the temperatures are completely crazy!

A month ago, I came to pass badly due to heat, as the temperature reached 40 C. I could not eat, could not work and lost a few pounds (no, I am not being exaggerated, anyone who accompanies me on Instablogs realized that I simply “vanished” for three weeks).

While the heat was literally killing me little by little, a state close to mine recorded 15 consecutive weeks of torrential rain. So far, 118 people died and over 60 thousand are homeless or displaced. The rivers in the region rose 12 meters above normal, covering entire cities. There are no provisions for the rain to stop before the next year in Santa Catarina state.
Here in São Paulo has rained quite well, but not as in southern Brazil. However, temperatures here are uncontrolled.

In two weeks the summer (I mean Brazilian summer: hot as hell) will come, but there is something strange going on. Last night, I slept with the windows open in my room. The result? Woke up at dawn freezing and the result was that caught a cold. During the night the temperature dropped 14 degrees.
But it’s not just that. In Sao Paulo city was recorded the lowest temperature for the month of December in the last five years. 7 AM the morning of Thursday, the thermometers from Congonhas Airport on the south side of town, recorded only 13 ° C. Since December 25, 2003 Sao Paulo has not recorded a temperature so low. In Campos do Jordao the minimum reached 7.3° C.
In southern Brazil, temperatures were even lower, dropping to 3 C.

Please, could someone explain me what’s going on? I promise I’ll give to the best answer an Aston Martin!
The migration process here in the last 40 years transformed cities like Sao Paulo and Rio in a truly hell.
Sao Paulo received 5 million people in 20 years. Can you imagine what happened to the city? A urban chaos!
The difference between regions here are huge! If Souther Brazilian areas were a country, it would be a developed country. Meanwhile, the Northern areas would be like a poor country in Africa.
My city has a GDP per capita high, for Brazilian standards (S 20 000), but one third of Brazil survive only with $ 100 per month. This make people from other areas come here and the federal government don’t care about it.
At the same time, in Durango Mexico, people are DYING as it has gotten to be -12 C.
You know what makes me mad when is cold? The shrink thing!
Whose better before? It ’just changed the climate or even my ability to become acclimatised?
I like very much to visit and partecipate actively to the different blog like this, before for improve my knowledge and after for give to other the possibility to improve.

I searched Internet, had read this stuff-and joint this nice block recently.
Like it or not to, but he, kerjman, right-global warming is a natural process and all these making noice greenies are mostly well paid for selling stories.
The solutions must be simple and integrated, so that can be taken even by poor countries and emerging economies. In times of crisis like this is important to study feasible solutions on a large scale, and India is a great teacher in this, where produce biogas from wet waste some time by means of simple and economic systems installed on roofs of the houses more humble. In small have solved two problems: having the gas in the house (free) and eliminated the wet waste.
My specialization is on the accumulation of energy produced on a large scale, through the transformation of the excesses in other forms of energy. it’s easier to do than to explain. We are testing these initiatives in a touristic italian valley very beautiful, but we want to make oil-free to offer better service to tourists eco-compatible. This implies a strong component of integration between politics, laws, technologies(often very simple), urban planning, transportation, with utilities, etc. But remember that India is a great teacher on this sector.
We seem to gain wisdom more readily through our failures than through our successes. We always think of failure as the antithesis of success.

Maybe I’m paranoid or angry because I got this cold, but sometimes it’s just too hard to try to understand the weather.
