So, if I understand things correctly, if the people aren’t happy with a law it becomes ”Did not Take”, and if fthe powers-that-be don’t like implementing a law (and the constitution!!) it becomes ”For the English to see”.
I wouldn’t like to be a law in Brazil. People ignoring me all the time..lol!
