I agree with you. I think we could have an option: is we vote in one election, we could not to vote in another one.
Personaly, I only take serious elections for governors and president, but for mayor I always nule my vote.

I agree with you. I think we could have an option: is we vote in one election, we could not to vote in another one.

In Britain, you vote if you want to. Anything else would be considered as being ”enforced” (and thus false) endorsement of the system.
The percentage of non-voters is considered to be a barometer of those who are not satisfied by the offer, and political parties try to adapt to that. Waddya think??
