Shocking. But if the measures taken the last time worked, it could work this time, too.

This is a super post Celso. Thanks. In return, here’s a news scoop. This phenomena exists only in places like ”Brazil” and ”Vietnam” and ”Bongo-Bongo” land, but never in our wonderfully civilised ”Western” countries, right? Wrong.
There are, in France, hundreds, maybe thousands, of Gypsy, Romanian and other children who spend their days asking for money at traffic lights, car parks, in the subway etc.
What no-one talks about though, is that some of these children get money, but not for nothing. No, they pay their money with their bodies.......(But shhhh, don’t say anything, this only exists in ”other” countries.................)

Thank you Michael. I think this is a global problem too, it’s like a widespread cancer on Earth.

I am impressed by the first comment on the original article by someone who put his name as CH.C. He was right that the natural blame would be put on foreigners and since they are not likely to stay behind for long the phantom cases will end up in the dustbin. It is the locals who are to be blamed.

It is always very depressing and difficult to see small children being used for sexual acts by adults. This is morally wrong and reflective of the ethical leprosy members of almost all societies around the world suffer from.
