This was not a problem at the beginning of the twentieth century, but increasingly is becoming a serious diplomatically problem. The fault is of the rich countries that, for a long time, stole the wealth of the poorest countries not giving opportunities to them develop themselves.

They not only stole wealth from poor countries, now they are stealing human resource as well and are practising modern slavery. Quite sad state of affairs...
