The climate is changing, but there are also the climate cycles that lead times cooler and others warmer. Even in Italy the climate in recent years is becoming warmer, but 20 years ago have found a man in the ice of 5000 years ago, indicates that 5000 was in the same place the same climate. Are emerging from the snow military deaths in the 1st World War 1915 1918, indicating that the climate now is the same. If We build better the houses (i.e. LEED), we consume less and better. The Earth goes through cycles. Earthquakes and other natural events release more greenhouse gases from inside the Earth than we ever could. It is a scientific fact that the world goes through warming and cooling cycles, and this happened before pollution was a concern. We are simply going through a warming cycle. The difference between regions here are huge! If Souther Brazilian areas were a country, it would be a developed country. Meanwhile, the Northern areas would be like a poor country in Africa.

My city has a GDP per capita high, for Brazilian standards (S 20 000), but one third of Brazil survive only with $ 100 per month. This make people from other areas come here and the federal government don’t care about it.]]> And now you press the right button, my friend!

At the same time, in Durango Mexico, people are DYING as it has gotten to be -12 C.]]> In Mexico, the same thing is happening, ..We I left for work this morning, it was 5 C..I had the heater on fullblast..When I came home for luch at 3:00 p.m., it was 25 C, I put the air conditioner on. I now wear a long sleeved t- shirt, a sweater AND a coat to leave in the mornings, so I can strip off a layer at a time as the day progresses..

It ’just changed the climate or even my ability to become acclimatised?]]> We humans have become accustomed uncomfortable with all the comforts. I have lived and worked for years outdoors in the mountains (1000 m) where the winters are very cold (-20 °C) and summers in the sun are very hot, and my physical responded well to sudden changes, without suffering. Now I live in comfortable city, with all the conveniences, but the body will suffer.

Whose better before? It ’just changed the climate or even my ability to become acclimatised?

She was born and raised in the U.S., in a state which recieves heavy snow..When we got married, and she moved to Mexico, she would never dream of buying a coat and was miserable with heat when our then wenter temperature would drop to 10 C... Now, after some many years here, when the temperature drops to 10 C or worse 5 C or below I can’t even FIND her as she bundles on so many clothes and shakes and shivers not stop..She says she can feel the cold straight down to her bones...This coming from a gal who was accustomed to walking in hip high snow and ice, wild frozen winds, and ungodly subzero weather..

It is 200 m on see level and now is snowing a lot from 10 days (really strange here in this season). I agree also with Dr Ratan: is time to wake up. We are testing these initiatives in a touristic italian valley very beautiful, but we want to make oil-free to offer better service to tourists eco-compatible. India has fact other innovations starting from needs often poverty. Are two different poin of view. India has however invested several money in other kind of activities.
